Bed issue.

Looking for help with our bench seat. T6.1 3-seat, possibly a detailed diagram of the mechanism. The strap for moving the seat forward and backwards is very stiff, and when I pull on it, it doesn't release. I pushed the strap to the back, and when I pull it from the rear, there is no issue and it works. Looking and where the strap is attached, pulling from the front is pulling the wrong way to release it. The strap looks like it should loop over somehow to and return to the front. Any thoughts welcome.

3 seat bench = Lift the front of the seat up , it will allow you to access the area much better , the strap does loop through a metal guide. It should be apparent when you lift he front of the seat (prop the seat up with a cushion) , you can see the front and rear straps / mechanism with the seat lifted

Edit photos added taken from above the back of the seat pad when the seat is lifted up (from the front) I hope that helps - for clarity the ribbon does not wrap around the tube it goes through a guide at the rear of the tube
