Campinggaz price in France

Just thought I'd pass on a bit of pricing info from our April trip.

Leclerc 907 bottle to buy was 50 Euros. I was charged 18.90euros for an exchanged bottle. Approx. £16

The system in my local one, Avranches, was simply to take your empty one in, pick up a full one and go to the cash out till. No prices on shelf other than full bottle so bought blind. Cashier had to phone through for price as obviously not on a bar code.

I got another one later when I'd emptied the one in use. Same price. Now have a full connected and a full spare for £32ish based on 1.15 rate.
Actually less as paid from French bank account where money was transferred at 1.29 rate.

Diesel from Supermarkets was in the 1.22 to 1.24 range Autoroutes about 1.32 upwards.

Campinggaz is cheaper in France indeed , i think there's more consumption so lower price.

Diesel (compared to for me Belgium) is usual also cheaper the last few years , but not the ones on the motorway / peage they are simular with our prices.

I filled up diesel in Luxemburg few days ago , 0,999 €
