Not sure exactly what a full house would be but I got four good ones today.

Read the riot act for turning up too early.
Same again for not booking
Parking (obvs)
Trying to use toilet during cleaning hours.

Genuinely no idea why I need to be escorted to my pitch. The “you’re on pitch number N” seems to work quite well on the rest of the planet.

You are clearly an amateur...

"Why have you parked sideways?" "because I can" is always a good one.

"Why don't you like this pitch?"..... "nothing wrong with it, I just want to park there, it';s called choice!"

"Have you you're own facilities?" ....."yes, it's called your loo's"

"Have you been with us before?" ....."Do I look like someone who would visit hell on a return ticket?"

Ahh yes, this all sounds rather familiar.

I was once seriously admonished for using my initiative at a well known CCC site. On first arriving I had gone past the stop sign to park in the adjacent carpark so as to not block the entrance road. This bellowing gorgon appeared outside the guard house and proceeded to rip me off a strip. All she lacked was a pair of jack boots and a bull whip.

You see this sort of thing in all walks of life. Give a person a small amount of power and ...........

After a 6 or so hour drive arrived at the campsite on the lake at Lacanau.

All the spaces outside reception (before barrier) were full, so double-parked without blocking road or barrier. Receptionists 1st words "MOVE YOUR VAN NOW!" (x3) ...tried to explain why I had stopped there but was lost in translation ..so then pulled the van forward blocked the barrier and watched a queue of unhappy campers waiting for me to check in!

So found my space on the site, we went paddle-boarding and then we decided to go for Pizza at the site takeaway only to be told "you need to book 24hrs in advance!" (for a takeaway Pizza). We made our own dinner.

Thankfully we were only booked for one night.

Trying to use toilet during cleaning hours.

Last bank holiday in Cornwall, I got told off for trying to use the toilets whilst being cleaned (at 0830 in the morning!). I suggested to the cleaner that cleaning off-peak might be a better option, to which he replied with "early start, early finish see, not alot of people know that!";
He was then nearly assaulted by a mob of angry ladies. He radioed for backup. a site van arrived and he was told by his manager to clean them later.

On the beach later (lovely sunny day), at about 1230 the only ice cream van was closed with a note stating '"closed for lunch, back at 1430". We didn't want ice cream but the sign made me laugh.

I got a real earful on CMC site a couple of months back. I registered, went and found a pitch, went back to reception, quite a walk but had forgotten my mask. Staff were behind the bullet proof screen anyway. I entered:
"Where's your mask"
"I haven't got one".
"you can't have a key then" (for the shower/toilet block).

I had send wifey up later for the key.
