Do Dealers actually want to sell vehicles

Laine at SMG Tonbridge sent me a YouTube video tour of my Cali the day it arrived with him! That's service you want but probably don't expect, and that's why I used them even though they are nowhere near where I live.
It's true that most of the time they deal with fleets and commerce and the personal approach is not needed so it is, unfortunately, a bit of a hunt for the gems. But they're all listed here.

Sorry I might wrote it the wrong way: It wasn‘t about name and shame more there might be some members here who could give you the „best“ mam/woman to deal with.
