Fixed toilet in the Cali

Might make insurance interesting when they ask if the vehicle has been modified in any way. Probably not on their list of mods

Is this for real, I am sure you are taking the P.
whats wrong with a good old bucket

The job is not finished until the paperwork is completed..... Need a bog roll holder....

Having been stuck on the M6 for 9 hours once after just finishing a large flask of coffee, I can relate a bit to this post. I was in a little car and, being a girl and there being no bushes on the side of the motorway, I eventually begged a nice couple towing a caravan to let me use their loo. In the Cali I would just pull the blinds down and wee in the washing up bowl in future (or the portapotti if I'm carrying it on board)!

100% agree, but hopefully you would not build a wet room in your cali, complete with fixed toilet, bidet, tiling etc etc. The porta poti sounds like a good idea. I have one before getting the cali, just a £49 one from Go Outdoors, may never use it but its there..... Only thing I may to to support this is get real black out windows..... I have ordered privacy glass but understand it is not 100%. I was going to get a curtain fitted at around £45 to stop the light from the front allowing visibility through the windows but obviously cant as there is no roof there to support the rail..

That didn't just happen in your head, you actually typed that out load on the World Wide Web!!

Just move the plates to one side? :D (Only joking)

Desperate times lead to desperate measures! Why are people so squeamish about something which we all do every day (though mostly not on motorways)? It's all right for you chaps - we ladies who are not yet she-wee trained (keep meaning to get one) have to come up with solutions to these issues .....

Seems like a good idea to me but maybe you aren't thinking big enough. Sleep upstairs and convert the whole of the downstairs into a luxurious bathrroom area.... no brainer..

I've got a shower in my Cali and it works super. When folded it takes few room..... much less than the roof cover. I've got a 20L water tank, enought for we both, and because it's inside there is no need to heat it (which you could do it with the parking heater if you want)

Factory glass is nothing like 'Privacy Glass' the brochure refers to it as heat reducing. I've had a Solar Ceramic film fitted which does the privacy bit and greatly reduces the suns heat.

What you need is a chandelier for the living area.

I would feel a little under sized if I was sat on the loo looking up at that

Got me thinking. May get one of these and a portable toilet for my bike rides when away in the Cali. All I need is some sort of trailer for the mountain bike then never be caught short.... Top site... Full of inspiration.....
