Hello. I wonder does my GC's service program works? I have driven more than 20.000 kms and waited an information from the car and if I check next service from the panel it seems to be after 7000 kms.
How long the service interval can be?

If it is on long life, up to 30000 kms. If you aren’t doing higher mileage, I would suggest asking the garage to change it to fixed servicing which should be annually. (I think it halves the mileage).

2 years is normal

I have MAN TGE, I thought the oil change interval was too long. At 18 months it was still not indicating an oil change. I booked it into the MAN dealers who changed the oil and set the interval to annual oil changes.
