Picking up my 2010 Cali next Tuesday

Hi, a newbie here from Surrey picking up a 2010 California next Tuesday from a dealer in Godstone. Should I be asking the dealer for a gas/electrical safety check certificate on this 2 year old vehicle? I spoke to the VW van centre that supplied the vehicle new and they said that gas & electrical checks were not done during normal services.

I would suggest giving Alex a call at SMG our sponsoring VW Cali dealers. He's very helpful and will point you in the right direction.

There is a 'meet' soon which is an Open Day at SMG and you'd be more than welcome to come along ,meet the gang and draw some idea's from the rest of us. Also SMG may well look your van over as they are offering a range of complimentary services on the day.
