Premium leather seat covers

Hi All

Have any forum members received there premium seat covers yet, I Spoke with Shane today who has informed me that they are not in stock yet, but
His colleague was chasing this up.
Although the shop page states in stock. When I ordered mine it stated available to pre order.
I am however aware that Beaglemum had a set on order have you received yours yet may I ask.

Nope, ours were ordered 11 weeks ago, when the order was placed it stated 'in stock' however we got a call next day to say this was an error & should have said pre order with delivery in approximately 6 weeks. We have asked on a number of occasions about when we can expect delivery, the last being just over a week ago when we were told it was being chased up with the supplier. We leave on Wednesday for a trip of 3+ weeks, quite disappointed as we really wanted them for then.

I have phone a number of times to be told the are due in on the 7/9/19, I spoke with a lady called Ruth last week and she informed me that they were trying to contact there supplier without success and ask me to phone again Friday afternoon.
I did leave it until Monday and spoke with Shane who informed me that is colleague was chasing them again, and would phone me with a update, no phone call yet.
We to are away from Friday and was hoping to fit these while away.
The other half is also disappointed as were hoping they would arrive this week.
May be still time?

We had a phone call today to say seat covers have arrived & will be delivered tomorrow. As we are still away we’ve asked for delivery to a relative which the shop are kindly arranging for us.
Hopefully yours are on the way also

Do any California owners have a problem with one mirror not unfolding from the folded position.
If so what do you need to do to sought out or is it back to dealership .

Hi Alan, I have this problem now, albeit intermittently, in the nearside mirror. Did you get this problem sorted and if so how?
I booked my van into a dealer but just wanted to know how you got on.

Still not resolved when it went back to the dealership, because they could not see the fault no action taken, but I asked for the problem to remain on system for future reference.
They did however suggest to take a video showing each mirror in turn.
However I just turn the mirrors on and off. on most occasions this works.
Is is the near side mirror that does not open, and generally in the mornings only or if we do not use the camper for a couple of days.

I have had lots of comments on how good they look.

How are these covers looking now? Are you still happy with them?

No problems at all, always having comments on how good they look.
Although expensive for seat covers I personally think they are worth it.
but cheaper then getting the interior upholstered.

Exact same symptoms as my near side mirror.
My Cali is booking in 4th May - will report any progress.
(I might take video in advance of workshop visit).

Hi Alan, Cali back from dealers today. Confirmed fault and will fit new n/s mirror. I assume control unit is integral part. Now have to wait for replacement and then another trip to dealer.

Thank you for your update regarding the mirror fault, I have recently been talking to the dealership about the Head unit in our California, and did mention once again about the near side mirror fault, I was asked to supply a video but sods Law when trying to take a video the fault does not happen.

No worries for me. Had call from dealer today informing me that a new mirror had arrived and could they have a date when I could drop off the Cali. (They actually asked if they could pick it up for my convenience - I live about seven miles away from them). The job together with a couple of other issues, their shortfall of my expectation from last visit, would take about two hours. So I will wait or do some shopping. It is booked in for 2nd June.
Not sure if I said before but I did take a video of the problem. I attach for your information. They simply agreed to replace without debate/argument.

May I ask who your dealer is, I have got our dealership Breeze Totton to log our fault on the system previously, so when this happens again I will video the mirror. Good luck with the replacement.​
