Removing tray underneath wipers to access grommet in engine bay

Is this (see attachment) the location you mean where the wire from the engine fuse box run through the firewall to the cabin? Looks like it ends up somewhere in the cabin fuse box, right? So, if we get it from there then I only have to get it along the back of the steering column (LHD) to reach the spot where I want to mount a switch just under the light switch. At least, that's the idea. Can you confirm?

Oh yes, I read it in the description. It is now a Multivan Hybrid Then I will try to gently push a nylon thread through and see where it ends (if I can see that). And if it ends near the fuse box I can go under the carpet of course to reach the other side instead of behing the steering column. Thanks for your help.
