Repairing or replacing wardrobe door?

Noooo! I nearly did the same packing up in gusty conditions just outside Stavanger yesterday. Must check this morning as has now stopped raining - at last!!
The odd thing is that the more little mis-haps we have with the van, the more it feels like home. The first small tear in the canvas was in Greece, the latest in France and the wardrobe door in Switzerland. Currently in Belgium and loving our Cali- see you in Dorset :)
We are still going to research a Beach though - out of interest.

Ha! Indeed. See you on 28th.

me too, should be a good market for these as they all seem to fail as soon as your warranty runs out!
Mine broke on Sunday - the LAST day of my 3yr warranty! Fortunately, I phoned my nearest service place (Wrexham) on Monday, and they are going to replace as a goodwill gesture (I obviously couldn't phone them on Sunday as they were closed!). Phew! Only a little fault, but annoying if you've got to fork out another hundred quid or so for a new one. We already had the rear tambour cupboard door replaced under warranty last year. They do seem a little fragile, and we are extremely careful with our beautiful van ….

Wrexham, though not a Cali specialist just a van centre, are really lovely folk, very helpful and accommodating from a mechanical point of view, so I was impressed that they got onto this as quickly as they did.

I wonder if it will be possible to fit the new improved 6.1 doors? The carcass is the same, probably just needs new runners etc

You would have to cut the existing carcass in the middle as the doors
wouldn't slide.
The cost would be horrendous and they wouldn't match the rest of the interior.
Scrap that idea Matt.

can you send link, as I cant find in the shop? Thanks

Has anyone ever had a warranty replacement refused for a split wardrobe door? Seems to be a very common issue and one they waiting until the T6.1 to rectify.
