Hi. Just saw your thread. Congratulations on the order, great options list! I ordered on May 23rd and have a provisional build week of Jan 9th! yes Jan 9th. I would be keen to hear how yours progresses and hope I get a revised date.

Wow, that's 33 weeks wait but I'm sure it will be worth it!

I do hope I don't have to wait that long - that would take me to just 12 days after the change of the VED rules, come on VW get your skates on..........

Kept waking up every 15 minutes through the night, thought it was excitement but turned out to be a smoke detector going flat and "Chirping "

Picking ours up Friday, I feel like a bloody 10 year old waiting for Christmas. Good luck with how it goes.

We got ours this time last year, and it is way better than Christmas.
We actually enjoyed (almost) being stuck on the M5 in traffic as we could see over all the cars, the DSG gearbox meant we could creep forwards slowly and there was so much space to spread out.
Huge big smiles on our faces and those are still there a year later.
We have met so many lovely people at the meets who just want to share their knowledge so that we have as much enjoyment as they have had.
Do take lots of pictures for us all to see. Simon

Just been informed that mine is at the dealers, might take a look tomorrow. Probably collecting at the end of the month.

End of a long but successful day.
Everything was as expected, build was correct, handover was thorough, all accessories present and correct.

Lovely drive home and even had time to put some gear in before it got dark.

I'll add some more detail over the next few days as I take a look at everything.
