Yes, you can fit the Solar lead there.
That is for fitting accessory wires.
You won’t be able to fully undo the clamp bolt.

I thought you meant you had a brown lead attached to the Battery Clamp bolt and plate, seen on the floor by the table in your photo.

Yes I can’t fully undo the clamp bolt I expected just to remove it put the solar cable with the ring on and tighten back up

The clamp nuts are crimped at the end to stop you removing them entirely/losing them.
