Thais side panels

I've posted this question elsewhere, but have not had a reply. Has anyone got experience of the Thais side / front panels for the wind out awning? Looks to have a nice feature of shaped / magnetic connection to the van. Check out the video. I'd like to know how it compares with the Comfortz version - quality, weather protection, size when folded, ease of installation, flexibility etc.

If the van is not perfectly clean, which is unlikely after driving to your destination, I'd be concerned of the fabric causing micro scratches to the paint where it attaches with magnets. If the fabric rubs, even if soft, it will cause scratches, especially on dark wehicles.

I love their indoor shower solution though!

I agree - scratching might be an issue - neat system though.

And that shower really is quite, quite mad!

It looks to be a good price, if i really needed
one then that would be a consideration.

I've noticed a few pop up for sale on here lately,
maybe question if you really need one instead of 3 tarps
to offer a bit of privacy instead of a dark cave.

Of course, its horses for courses and if i was going to be pitched
up for about 3 weeks then i might consider one.
But we've never been in one place long enough to warrant the hassle.
