"Voltage plausibility fault"

This message appears intermittently on my display, the display flashes on and off and sometimes reads 15volts. Is this a problem with the earth strap or some other fault?

What age is your cali ? Sounds like it could be earth shunt problem.
There is a guide on how to repair this in the downloads section, you need to become vip member in order to download documents.

Checked the leisure battery OK at 12.5V. My van is an 08 model - couldn't spot the earth shunt next to the battery could it be located elsewhere, e.g. under the seat? Thanks for the reply.

It's under the fridge. Think you have to go through left hand kitchen cupboard & remove left panel to see it.

Thanks for the offer but I am in Scotland-can you give me a clue how to do it without taking the fridge out as suggested in Andy's download
