I can't see any reason why a 2 wheel drive T5 wouldn't be running, l'd be less confident about the roof going up & down though

In fact a T5 would probably be more drivable than a T2. On a T5 there is nothing of importance further back than the B post - look at a chassis cab varient, you could probably cut it in half & the front bit would still work.

The headlights won't be leds so probably need realigning
