So back from a weekend away and its time to sort the wardrobe out i.e storage! I can’t deal with the mess it so quickly gets in!
Had a look at Yes shelves but there must be a cheaper option?
Thanks in advance

This is what we do.

8 of these in 'large' which fit well, currently out of stock but they come back:

Ours are all silver (some use colour to identify different users).

We have a number stenciled on the near corner of each packing cube, and we have the contents by number listed and clipped in front of the small door mirror using one of these:

Late add:

And one of this in the little door ‘cup’:

We bought a pack of ‘Higher Hangers’ from the US, recommended by someone else on the forum years ago. Apart from breaking half a dozen over as a similar number of years, they are revolutionary. As with most small things for the ‘Van they wouldn’t be considered cheap, but a complete game changer. A set of clothes on each one. No wasted space.
Also have a hanger with many clear pockets as the first one. Lots of useful bits to hand, contacts, glasses, reading glasses, although I’m not entirely sure as it was deemed too useful for the mere purchaser, likely as not beauty related, used every time though.
Both on my list of Ocean must haves.
Choices a plenty mentioned elsewhere on the forum so I hope you find something that works for you.

I made my own shelves with 9mm ply then covered them in 4 way stretch fabric I got from eBay. My first attempt lasted about a month when I used doubled sided tape and angle profile but have now used sticky back mini trunking with slots in and the shelves are still up and working. I’ll try and add some pics of both versions…..

Plus one for this suggestion.

We also have an L shaped shelf which allows for separation.

Magic marker is also good for labelling the bags. Tops, bottoms, sports, grundies. :)

Dunno if it works on all phones, but press and hold on the centre button on mine fires up the Google AI search. Circle the pic you're interested in with a finger and it goes off and finds relevant matches and sites. Other AI overlords are available.

Hey Andy thanks for the video… those shelves are great but I have a t6 I don’t suppose you know if they would fit!?
I did a short video a while back now on some shelves which for me have been great.

yes i also have a 6.1 :) so yes they deffo do fit.

I don’t have a 6.1 just a 6
sorry i missed that, i checked a post on this i.e. T6 and T6.1 differences

from what this notes - "Rear cupboard - shelves slightly different due to changed doors, I think the T6 inlays would be smaller so would still fit.just not reach to the rear edges."

It might be worth reaching out to the company if really interested and get their view or take a risk based on the above notes.

Thanks so much Andy!

Cheap compact plastic clothes hangers work well & less chance of the inside of the tambour sliding doors getting destroyed by bags & stuff crammed in. Easier to find individual articles of clothing as well.
