What have you bought for your Cali today :-)

Thanks very much
Do you have the dimensions of the kitchen table?
I've found the table in the door dimensions - 89cm x 51cm
Hi I just looked at my order and I ordered 69x48 cm. This left about 1cm all around. I stuck the whole thing down then made sure it was tightly pressed into the lip of the table before cutting the edge off with a Stanley knife.

My 2-piece carpet arrived today (campervancarpets.com). Pleased with them but a note for t6.1 owners. The standard width is 450mm, as you can see from the photograph this doesn’t completely cover the floor. Width needs to be 500mm each.

Mind you, i haven’t tried them with the bed down. Might then only be a 450mm gap?

Depends if we’re counting optional extras on my Cali factory order or just stuff i’ve added since taking delivery.
All the gear - no idea :)
Just stuff physically bought to put in !

A few companies do them but I got mine from calicap.de
I went for a full width drawer because i have the second drawer in the bench seat. If you don’t have that and want to slide long things in i.e. skis, then you probably won’t want the full width slide out. Also, if you’re getting an Ocean with lounge bed facility then you need the version of slide out drawer that is 710mm deep.
GG,
About to take delivery of my build week 44 Ocean ...... I am interested in the pull out rear drawer, like you I have ordered second drawer option so I was planning to order the the full width version......

Sorry finger trouble.... to continue......As I want to make sure I am ordering the right sized slide out drawer will be grateful if you clarify your comment "Ocean with lounge bed facility" needing the 710 version....... Thanks

The T6.1 lower bed has a lounge function which allows the bed board to be put at an angle. This means the bench seat is set a bit further back than previous California models. Therefore, unless you want to position the bench seat a little further forward with a gap between it and the bed board you need a pull out drawer that’s not as deep as previous versions. Calicap makes a drawer specifically for the T6.1 with ‘lounge function bed’ that is 710mm deep. Hope that helps.

Vanstyle stainless steel bumper protector fitted by the detailer (after stage 1 polish and before ceramic coat). I like how it works with the chrome pack strip on the tailgate. General verdict on paint finish was good - minimal correction needed apart from a few very small scratches and swirls only visible under the lamps. Picking up tomorrow if the coating has had enough curing time. I know ceramic isnt everyone’s idea of money well spent but I wanted the ‘easy clean’ benefits

30mm H&R ARB and Koni dual shocks.
The ride is absolutely amazing.
Massive thank you to Steve’s + CRSPerformance in Cannock

Great to hear! What did the ARB cost?
£525, it’s the new kit for 6.1
30mm thickness. front & back.
Not sure if labor is in with that, I don’t think it was, think the labor was in with the Koni shocks. And from H&R springs
Just for info. Cali Ocean 6.1
ARB are 24mm front and 25mm rear.
woefully inept for the weight of a 6.1 Cali Ocean IMO

Looking great - exciting! ... One small thing that jumps out to me is that the spokes on the wheels seem to be different on one side to the other, i.e the angle of the spokes look like they’re leaning forwards in the drivers side but backwards in the passenger side... I’m getting these wheels too on a new Ocean coming in the new year and that would bug the hell out of my OCD if that’s how they’re supposed to be!? Am I even making sense

Can't be avoided after you have rotated them through 180 degrees
