They look great - do they just stack one on the other to pull the bed out? And is it just the length that you have to cut to get them to fit?

Sorry for late answer. Yes, just cut the length. Super easy to cut with a decent pair of scissors. And yes, the stack on top of each other when the beds out. Not shown in the first photo but there’s enough left over to cut a section for between the seats too.

Since my Cali had a rough life before I bought it, doubling as a transporter for a bike shop, I wanted to fix many parts for the looks but I stopped doing that because it is simply too costly. Every part I take apart for fixing is missing one or more fixations: screws, clips, springs - you name it. It seems the last owner took almost the complete van apart and kept a bucket of left-over bits and pieces.

The rear bumper was already a bit cracked, and a neighbour did me a favour by cracking the other side. A tree fender did the last part not much later.

I know many of you are caressing, polishing and vacuuming your pride and joy as much as possible, but I don't. But I keep it, as good as I can, in perfect working order. New leisure batteries, new starter battery, partially new roof hydraulics, new shock absorbers, new airco pump. The last part is an (unsprayed version) of the rear bumper. Ready for the next trip: to Scotland, starting April 19. I will enjoy every km/mile in the next 5 weeks, passing the 400.000 km on the clock and still going strong.
