Wicksteed meet

Morning all, I have just spoken with the people at Wicksteed about camping over next weekend 15th and 16th. They say that there is absolutely no way the site will be open for camping as the field is still far too wet, and they did also say that they knew nothing about our little get together. Is the meeting still on? if so, where do we congregate please.

Hi Chris I was going to ask on Monday about the camping but you have saved me a job
I was expecting that to be honest. I did mention to the girl on reception about our gathering
But as its small it doesn't matter. we will just find a area we can all park together.I will be there in the morning so will park somewhere in the park that is suitable I will mention it also to the guy on the ticket booth and get him to direct everybody to the same place. No particular time there is a large car boot on in the morning that quietens down about 12.00
So anytime after that I guess I will be there at 8
