Battery problems.

I own a -25 Grand california 600 . And it would be a question of charging the batteries. The question may already have an answer in some forum discussion, but I couldn't find one right away.

So do both, the fun and the car battery, charge when I connect the main power supply? I have asked the dealership, and I have received two completely opposite answers, so I would like to ask the community for help with the problem..

Yes, on electrical hookup, both the leisure battery AND the starter battery are charged. I believe in the MY25 GC there was an early issue with the EHU charger not charging the starter battery but this was resolved by VW.

Thanks for the answer, I think the system should work exactly as you described.

In that case, there is something wrong with my car, so I need to go to Volkswagen service to discuss the problem. Hopefully I can easily get it under warranty, so I don't have to start arguing about something obvious.
