Dont be so dure tecently my mate was pulled ober i Noth Wales about the typeface on his number plate, the ‘protector of the public’ involved made my mate wait 45 minutes for a traffic cop as well before usduing a ticket.
Its actions like these that set back the police

I really don't know why the officer needed a Traffic Officer (a rare breed now) to deal with a simple reg plate offence. Bread and butter patrolling.

Mine in theory say s 666 on it. Back on topic I booze in mine all the time.i think I have mitigating circumstances in the fact I have a bed and a kitchen. It's all about proving the intent to drive. I had a situation in York where me and a mate parked our cars and went on the razz. Mate got took to cop shop drunk in charge etc. They dropped the case because he was asleep in a car park the cops couldn't prove he intended to drive. I think it helped because it wasn't a public car park. But that's what happened.
