Option regrets?

I use both and have Google downloaded so Google can be used offline. If no signal search using the phone first and then connect to Appconnect.

so can you use waze through appconnect?

I only regret not having aircon in the back, although kids haven't complained yet and UK not usually that hot.
Surprised everyone needs super bright LED headlights too- how fast are you people driving down dark country lanes?!!
My Beach is on order and hopefully will be delivered in November. I hired one a couple of weeks ago for a week in Cornwall. We drove back from Cornwall to Wokingham and got back at 1am. All I can say is that I'm glad I added the LED highlights to my build. I could not see a thing with the standard lights. There were times (no on the country lanes) where I needed to slow right down as I couldn't tell where the road was.

Yes on Android. You need to be connected to the head unit though - for some reason it doesn't work when using Android Auto as a standalone app. Its only been available for a couple of months.

If you long-press the navigation icon at the bottom of the display it should give you the option to select either Google Maps or Waze. After that any navigation should by default use which ever app you used previously.

Another option regret of LED headlamps, I think the headlamps in my old Mk2 Escort were better than the ones in the Cali !

my regret is' not having bought Cali years ago !! all the rest, radio wheel lights..and details.

I don't think anyone who owns a California should have regrets ,
after all it's a camper van for making memories and seeing new places ,it doesn't matter if it's got led's or dsg' s or the latest gizmos, when ur camped up that's all useless ,buy what is affordable don't be keeping up with the joneses because it's the newest bit of kit.
It's all about getting out and enjoying yourself it's the best camper van you can buy, so if you own one your already at the top of your game!!!! Happy camping:)
