Australian Cali wait

VW has put a hold on ordering new California’s to Australia until May 2022. Then a 12 to 18 month wait. In the meantime I am happy to join your club. First question, does anyone have the Seikel raised suspension? Pros and cons?

We are in Perth as well and ordered ours in October last year (and have had recent advice that September is the new date, originally June. Even at that point they had to contact factory to confirm orders were being accepted, looks like we just scraped in. We have been researching the Seikel suspension as well. If we go ahead we would likely have it installed by Kombilife in Sydney, they appear to have the experience working with the limited number of Californias in Australia. They have a pretty good video of installation if you have not already seen it.

Yes, KombiLife seems to be the place for us too. We have recently been informed that our Cali is built now and waiting for a ship, ETA in October.
Where in Perth do you live? I have yet to see one in Western Australia, with most of the 150 sold to date on the east coast.
