Our experience is that generally very few wave, especially in town. The exception to this (over fifteen months of ownership) was our two week holiday in North Wales this summer I was taken aback by the number of waves we got - almost every Transporter-based campervan. I now wave, but rarely get a wave back

We are all very friendly up here. People wave at me all the time no matter what vehicle I’m driving
