Charge for White paint.

So VW are now charging £300 if you want a White Cali, does this also include panel vans and if so will White Van Man become Red Van Man?

I suspect Vw do this to justify the extra couple of grand VWcharge for two tone, having a white van sprayed two tone would be similar cost IMO.

If you go to the panel van configurator white comes up as "Additional Costs may Apply". Make of that what you will.

All paint costs the same at the quantities VW buy at, its like auto gearboxes cheaper to make than clutch/manual but because consumers are used to paying more so be it!

All manufacturers charge extra normally for metallics or special finishes but white that is ridiculous. And for them to charge £2800 for the 2 colours is beyond ridiculous..ok yes there is extra work involved but not £2800 worth...Also with the red and white they are both solid colours ...
