Thank you, we are going to get one of these@Lisa and Simon Have you made a decision yet? Really you could do worse than getting a Trangia as @Amarillo has already suggested. They are very easy to use, cheap to run and maintain and quite safe. We have had one for about 15 years and still use it when we are able to (beats getting the inside of the van greasy/smokey etc if cooking a fry up for example. Also cuts down on condensation. Lastly I would add that they are self contained, take up very little space and will always 'be there' ready to go
We missed out on the ehu, hence the post. We are now sorted. Thank you for replyingNormally I would expect a camp site with cooking/BBQ limitations to provide a communal area with shared cooking facilities, but given that this is a food festival I guess it makes sense to expect you to make use of the food stalls. According to their site, they have "A huge selection of food choices from vendors including Vegan and Gluten Free specialists plus many more! ".
