No petrol engines then. Not sure I understand the logic of having only diesel in the UK.

Mind you with diesel now cheaper than petrol maybe they know something we don't about the diesel futures market.

Have I read the Beach spec list correctly? It suggests a 5 speed manual with the van, no leather, no 4 wheel drive. Is it not better to get a Caravelle, get as much on it from VW as you can to match a Beach, and then use aftermarket companies to add the roof and awning.
