Had my Cali machine polished and ceramic coated. Looked great until I had to drive it home on salt covered roads.

Do not let your dealer clean it before handover then take it directly to your Detailer.

Thank you. Well, the van got another coat of wax and another sticker today. Yesterday was the carnauba liquid wax. Not happy with the result, so more elbow grease today to apply the Simoniz Original.





The water beads off better with the original wax ... though it is a lot of hard work.

Quick 15minute wash for mine today, not been washed since august last year or waxed for about 18 months, scrubs up well for nearly 7 years old.

Raised the roof to air it out yesterday as it was a breezy and a very dry day for a change.

Converted the back into an in transit loo area. Behind the back seat. Which is pulled fully forward after removing the seat stop. Other benefit is the access to the tool set.

Moved a disassembled loft bed and double mattress to storage.

On returning I timed how long it would take to convert to four rear seats (3 seat bench and one captains chair).

From parking on the driveway to being ready to take four adults in the back was 2m 53s, including shortening the multiflex and removing and replacing the floor rails. A lot of people complain that removing and replacing single seats is a pain in the arse. I do it regularly and it gets easier with practice.

140 x 200cm pocket sprung mattress. It looks comfy!

Drove from frimley to wexham park hospital for my wifes covid stabbing only to be told she cant have it until next week. Well at least its a drive out in the van and we will do it again next week. Cant wait
