lol - that will be interesting - will be good to look at codes. I'd need a full fron windscreen change for the auto lights and wipers. Vans with the auto wipers and sensor already fitted should need much less work to have auto lights.

Strange that VW haven't previously offered this on UK Cali's.

I am certain that the VCDS will get a lot of use :)

Wouldn't mind checking my coding against the Edition25 - just to compare xenon lights and heated rear screen, had an issues with this initially though all sorted now but would be good to check.

It has been added to the 'features' of the CotF webpage but not fully clarified as of yet however the plan is to offer free of charge diagnostic checks/reports (a read of the vehicle fault memory) which if necessary can form the basis of a discussion with SMG etc regarding warranty work etc if applicable.

There will also be an opportunity to have some of the 'tweaks' carried out that have been discussed here -

Whilst I (and no doubt Oli) will not charge for this service it would be very much appreciated if you would dip your hand into your pocket for the good cause.

Sounds good - would not mind having the autolocking done and more than happy to contribute.

The speed change for the DIS is fantastic, good at night especially :)

Best not tell the insurance companies they might ban the event having so many vehicles they cover in one spot ;)
