Well it can't be much worse than the Dorset meet...
I personally think wet & windy is worse than dry & cold. But it is a very individual thing. At least with the dry & cold and mostly low winds, as Dorset was, you don't have lots of wet clothes everywhere drying off all the time. Windy, as in 40mph+ means you have to be careful with awnings and putting the roof up which limits the space available. You do have add the disadvantage of snowy roads to contend with as well, possibly.
But as we had a meal with @Loz in Snowdonia last Sunday evening, we agreed that the Cali was one of the best vehicles to be in through all sorts of weather. We felt very fortunate compared to a cyclist who was going from Conwy to Bristol over the Easter Weekend. He only had a small tent as protection from the weather.
